Optional Charging Convenience: Tie your season pass to a credit card for the convenience of charging purchases at Alf's Restaurant, Collins Grill, Watson Shelter, Albion Grill, Alf Engen Ski School and all Alta Ski Shop locations. On-mountain charging may take up to 24 hours to process after pass pickup.
No Refund Policy: Alta has a no refund policy. However, we understand that life can present unexpected challenges that warrant consideration of a refund or credit. On a case-by-case basis, Alta reviews all refund request forms. Refunds must be received before closing day of the current ski season. To request a form, please email info@alta.com.
